Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Soli.So for the use of the service. By creating an account, or by using it, you accept them.

What the service is

Soli.So is an online tool for planning, writing, scheduling and publishing content for your own social media accounts. You describe what you want in a conversation; the service drafts the posts and the pictures to go with them, publishes them to the accounts you have connected once you approve them, and reads back how they performed.

What it can do changes as we improve it; these terms apply whatever it does.

Who may use it

The service is meant for professional use. You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and if you use it for a company, you must be entitled to accept these terms on its behalf.

New registrations are currently closed — while that is the case, accounts are opened by invitation only.

Your account

An account belongs to one person, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Signing in requires a code sent to your email address, so keep your login and your mailbox to yourself. If somebody else has got in, write to info@soli.so and we will close it off.

Using it fairly

Use the service lawfully, and do not try to break it, overload it, probe it, work around its limits, resell access to it, or drive it with scripts outside the app's own interface. Do not use it to produce or publish anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing.

Reasonable technical limits apply so that one account cannot spoil the service for everybody; the ones that affect you are shown in the app, and we may adjust them.

Your content stays yours

Everything you bring or make here is yours — your brands and campaigns, your posts, the files you upload, and the text and images the service produces for you. We claim no ownership of any of it.

To run the service we need one narrow permission: to store your content, to send it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy so the AI can produce what you asked for, and to publish it to the accounts you connect when you instruct us to. It is not exclusive, it exists only to run the service for you, and it ends when the content is deleted; we license your content to no one else.

What you publish is your responsibility

You decide what goes out. By publishing through the service you confirm that you hold the rights to everything in it — pictures, video, music, text, logos, and anyone's name, likeness or trade mark — and that it complies with the law and the rules of the network it goes to. You are also responsible for having a legitimate reason to enter other people's names or handles so that your posts can mention them.

AI output is a draft, not a decision

The service is built on AI models. They are useful, and sometimes wrong: a fact invented, a nuance lost in translation, text in a picture misspelled. Nothing is published until you approve it, so reviewing what goes out is your step — we do not warrant that AI output is accurate, original or suitable for a particular purpose, and we are not responsible for the consequences of publishing something you approved.

Connected social networks

Publishing happens through the social accounts you connect, and they are governed by the networks' own terms: the network decides whether a post is accepted, how it is shown and how long it stays up, so we cannot guarantee that a post will publish. We send what you approved and report back what the network told us. You can disconnect an account whenever you like; posts already published stay on the network.

Prices and payment

The service is billed per unit rather than in fixed plans: you buy as many social-account seats and token packs as you need. The current prices are the ones on the pricing page and on the billing page inside the app — those pages are the authority, and nothing here sets a price. We may change them, but never for a period you have already paid for, and a change is announced before it applies to you.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance: an increase takes effect at once, charged pro rata for the rest of the period; a reduction at the end of the period you have paid for; a monthly allowance does not carry over. Payments are processed by our payment provider under their own terms, and card details are entered with them, never with us. If a payment fails, access is suspended until it is settled — nothing is deleted by that, though connected social accounts are disconnected after a while so they are not held open unpaid; the Privacy Policy says how long your work is kept.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and your work safe, but no online service runs without interruption, and we may change, add or withdraw features. Where we withdraw something you rely on, we will say so in advance if we reasonably can.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time. Cancelling in the billing page ends the subscription at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep the service until then. Deleting your account ends everything at once — a real deletion you perform yourself, from your profile page. What it does, and the two things that survive it, are in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, that has not paid, or that is harming the service or other people. Where a breach can be put right, we will ask you to put it right first.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and any rights you have as a consumer.

Beyond that, and as far as the law allows: the service is provided as it is; we are not liable for lost profit, lost business, lost or misdirected reach, or for indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version, with the date it last changed, is always on this page — please look at it from time to time. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and if you do not accept one you can stop and cancel at any time. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
