Connect your assistant
Use Soli.So from your own Claude or ChatGPT, or any other assistant that can add a custom MCP connector. Your assistant talks to the same chat you use in the app — the same brands, the same rules, the same history — and everything it sends shows up in that chat.
The address
Your assistant needs this one address:
You need a Soli.So account with an active subscription. When your assistant connects, Soli.So opens in your browser: sign in if it asks — as usual, with the code Soli.So e-mails you — and allow it.
Claude
- In Claude on the web or in the desktop app, open Customize → Connectors.
- Choose + Add, then Add custom connector.
- Name it Soli.So and paste the address above as its URL.
- Claude shows the sign-in settings it found for Soli.So. Keep them and add the connector.
- When Claude opens Soli. So, sign in if it asks and choose Allow.
Or open Claude with the form already filled in — you still check it and add it yourself.
Every Claude plan can add a custom connector; the Free plan allows one. On a Team or Enterprise plan an owner of the organisation adds it first, then each person connects. Once connected, it works in Claude on the web, on the desktop and on your phone.
ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT on the web, open chatgpt.com/plugins.
- Select the plus button, then Add custom MCP server.
- Name it Soli. So, paste the address above as the Server URL, and choose OAuth to sign in.
- Read the warning, choose I understand and want to continue, then Create as a plugin.
- Open it under Personal on the plugins page and select the plus button to install it.
- When ChatGPT opens Soli.So — as you install it or the first time it is used — sign in if it asks and choose Allow.
Whether your plan or workspace may add a custom server is ChatGPT's own setting: if you do not see the plus button there, it is not open to you yet. In a company workspace an admin decides, with the permission called Create plugins with MCPs.
ChatGPT asks you before each message it sends to the Soli.So chat, and before it makes an upload link; you can let it remember your answer for the rest of that conversation.
What your assistant can do
- Read your brands, your posts — by day, each one's text and where it stands — a brand's profile, your statistics and your token balance. Reading uses no tokens.
- Ask the Soli.So chat for anything you can ask it in the app: write or change posts, carousels, stories and Reels, make pictures, move a post to another day. Your words go to the same chat and it does the work by the same rules, using your tokens exactly as it does in the app. If your message carries a link to a file on the web, Soli.So fetches that file as it does when you paste the link in the app.
- Send files through a link. Ask your assistant for an upload link, open it and add the files (JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, MP4, MOV, WebM, PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD, XLSX, CSV, TSV), then tell your assistant to use the uploaded files: they reach your brand's chat with its next message. Each link works only in the browser that opens it, with no sign-in, and takes up to 100 files; it stays open while they upload. Open it within 30 minutes of getting it. In ChatGPT, a file you attach to the conversation may also go along with the message; if it does not arrive, use an upload link.
Nothing is scheduled or published without your yes: even when your assistant's message asks for it, Soli.So asks you first. Your assistant shows you the question, and you answer it right there or in the app. Writing takes a little time, so your assistant checks back for the answer.
What stays in the app
These are yours alone. Your assistant cannot do them, but it can give you the link that opens the right place in the app — and the link to any of your posts:
- Your subscription, tokens and payments — Billing.
- Connecting or disconnecting a social account, and deleting a brand — on the brand's panel in the app.
- Deleting or renaming your files — in the app's Media.
- Your password, your time zone, signing out your other devices, and deleting your account — Profile.
- Your connected assistants and API keys — Profile too.
Where its messages appear
In your brand's chat, beside your own messages, with a small label such as “via Claude” or “via ChatGPT”. Soli.So keeps what reached it — your words as your assistant passed them, and its reply — like any other message in that chat.
API keys for programs
A program without a browser uses a personal API key. On your Profile page, under Connected assistants and API keys, give the key a name, choose New API key and copy the key when it appears: it is shown only once. If you have not confirmed it is you in the last few minutes, Soli.So first e-mails you a confirmation code; enter it and the key is made and shown to you once. The program talks to the address above as an MCP client and sends the key with every request as Authorization: Bearer <your key>. A key never expires unless you pick a term when you make it; it works until then, or until you revoke it. It can do what a connected assistant can, nothing more, and its messages carry the key's name. Each key, like each connected assistant, may make up to 60 calls a minute. Up to 10 of them may be messages to the chat.
How to disconnect
On your Profile page, under Connected assistants and API keys, choose Disconnect beside an assistant or Revoke beside a key. Each asks you to confirm, and then its access ends at once. Log out all other devices, on the same page, disconnects every assistant too; API keys stay. Removing the connector inside Claude or ChatGPT may leave it connected to Soli.So — choose Disconnect on your Profile to end its access here too.
For assistants
The same in plain text, in English, for an AI assistant to read: llms.txt, and the full manual, llms-full.txt.
